"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, they knew us by name which I always find makes me feel special, like they actually care. They were so attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, so many good options. I appreciate that it is a small hotel. The surrounding area was great too. Good food all around, great shopping, the cafes are lovely and so are the people. I can’t wait to go back and I know exactly where I’m staying!""

"Terrific hotel. The rooms were clean and the family size room was very good size for Europe. The daily breakfast was delicious with many options! Pancakes and waffles were a hit with the kids. The location of this hotel is also great. It is off a quieter street than the central part of town but still vibrant with many more local options instead of just tourist focused locations. We easily walked everywhere and there are two grocery stores close by as well. What sets this hotel apart for me was the staff. They went above and beyond this entire stay with any questions or concerns we have. They cater to gluten free diets as well for anyone in need. Of course there is also a very friendly cat to greet you daily and our kids loved seeing it every day. Overall, this was an amazing hotel that is highly recommended!""
